Run reports

You can access a number of reports for your library, including checkouts, overdue books, underactive students, and popular titles. Run a report at any time to see the most recent data.

Notes:

By default, some reports do not appear on the Reports page. For example, to see Overdue Books, you must enable the appropriate checkbox on the Settings page.
Some reports show a percentage and/or total count of books, including Currently Out, Overdue, Never Read, and Library Overview.

Checkouts	By Student Currently Out Overdue Underactive Students	Number of books each student has checked out, as well as their checkout history. List of books currently checked out of your library. See the date they were checked out and to whom. Number of books currently overdue. See the date they were checked out and to whom. List of students who have not checked out a book in a certain number of days. See which titles were last checked out and when.
My Books	Funding Sources Never Read Library Overview	All your books by funding source. You can also see a list of titles with no funding source. Number of unread books in your library. Your library's books by type and level distribution.
Popular In My Class	Bins Authors Books Series	Bins with the most checkouts. Authors with the most checkouts. You can also see a list of books by a particular author by clicking Books by this author. Books with the most checkouts. Series with the most checkouts. You can also see the number of checkouts for each individual title in the series by clicking .
