Create an account

You must create an account before you can set up your library. Then, you can add books and students. Students cannot check out books on their own unless you include a password for the student kiosk.

Note: Navigation depends on whether you have Classroom Library Manager or District Classroom Library Manager.

To create an account with Classroom Library Manager:

  1. Go to follettclm.com.
  2. Click Log In as Teacher.
  3. Click Create Account.

    Note: If you already have a Classroom Library Manager account, click Sign in.

  4. Click Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft.

    Note: You have to set up your own Google or Microsoft account to create a Classroom Library Manager account.

  5. Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. The Classroom Library Manager profile page appears.

  6. Fill in the fields, including the Student Kiosk Password. You will need to enter your library user name and password when you open the student kiosk each day.

    Note: The Library Display Name only appears when you share a guest link to your library.

  7. When you are finished, click Done.

To create an account with District Classroom Library Manager:

  1. Log in to Destiny as a teacher.
  2. From the header, click Destiny Applications icon. > Classroom Library. Classroom Library Manager opens.

  3. On the Account tab, fill in the fields, including the Student Kiosk Password.

    Notes:

    • You will need to enter your library user name and password when you open the student kiosk each day. Students use the kiosk to access the classroom library.
    • The Library Display Name only appears when you share a guest link to your library.
  4. When you are finished, click Done.

  • You only have to enter your account information once.
